Meet Douglas Colvin
Douglas has led complex technology delivery for 25 years across nine industries: core banking and fraud defence for major UK and UAE banks, flight operations for the Emirates Group, networks for Vodafone and BP, transformation for Maersk — and, most recently, sovereign AI infrastructure ranked among the fastest on earth. The through-line is not a sector. It is what Boards buy: governance, truth in reporting, and delivery brought to a controlled close.
He has commanded program and project budgets of up to $1B and matrix-managed teams of 100+ across multiple vendors — and he has done it where the rules are hardest: US export-controlled GPU technology delivered into secure NOC and SCIF environments, real-time fraud and PEP-screening platforms delivered inside UAE banking compliance, programs run across UAE, KSA, UK and European jurisdictions. That is what "sovereign and safe" means in practice.
An early adopter of agentic AI, Douglas designs and deploys autonomous AI agents using the full Claude suite of tools to automate delivery, reporting, and data analysis — the founding idea behind P3MAI.
