1. Agreement
p3mai.com (“the site”) is operated by P3MAI, the professional practice of Douglas Colvin, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Questions to drcolvin@p3mai.com.
2. What the site's content is — and is not
Articles, service descriptions and other material on this site are general information about programme, project and PMO management. They are not professional advice for your specific situation, and acting on them is at your own judgement. Professional advice is something we provide under an agreed engagement, not through a web page.
3. The cost estimator
The services cost estimator produces indicative figures only. Its output is not a quotation, not an offer capable of acceptance, and not a commitment to deliver any scope at any price. Actual pricing is confirmed in a written proposal or contract, which takes precedence over anything the estimator displays. Exchange rates used for display are periodic snapshots, dated on the page.
4. The demonstration applications
The applications linked from this site at apps.p3mai.com (the PMO example, the method maps, the P3M3 assessment) are provided free, as-is, for evaluation and reference. They require no account, their data resets automatically, and they may change or be withdrawn at any time. Do not use them as a system of record, and do not enter personal or confidential information into them. Framework reference content in them is indicative and should not substitute for the official published manuals.
5. Intellectual property
The site's content, design, branding (including the P3MAI name, wordmark and pyramid device), and the design of our document templates and applications are the property of P3MAI. You may view, download and print pages for your own evaluation of our services; any other reproduction, redistribution or commercial use requires our written permission.
PRINCE2®, MSP® and P3M3® are registered trade marks of the PeopleCert group. PMBOK® is a registered mark of the Project Management Institute. SAFe® is a registered trademark of Scaled Agile, Inc. We use these names to describe the methods our services and tools relate to; no affiliation with, or endorsement by, any of these organisations is claimed or implied.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to breach the security of the site or the applications, probe or overload them, scrape them at scale, misuse the contact form (including sending unlawful or deceptive content), or use any of it in a way that infringes others' rights.
7. Digital products
Where we sell digital products (such as template packs), each product is supplied under the licence terms presented at the point of purchase, and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Those documents govern the purchase; these terms govern the website itself.
8. Third-party links
The site links to third-party sites and embeds third-party content (described in our Privacy & Cookies policy). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Liability
The site and the demonstration applications are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on their content, from interruption or unavailability, or from matters outside our reasonable control — in each case to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing in them deprives you of mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction rules that apply where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
