Website Design & Build
A commercial website built the way a programme is run — with sign-off gates, test evidence, security hardening and documentation. You own the result outright, source code included.
When You Call
The moments this service exists for.
- You need a website that does a job — bring in enquiries, explain what you sell, be found — and you want it done once, properly.
- You have been quoted for a site and cannot tell what you would actually own at the end of it.
- An agency built your last site, and you cannot change a price on it without raising a ticket.
- You want to know what it costs before you book a call.
How It Works
Six stages, and you approve each one before the next begins: your requirements, the design, the build, the testing, pre-launch acceptance, then launch and handover. You watch it happen from your own project portal — a private page showing exactly where the work stands, what is waiting on you, and what you have already agreed. No status meetings, and no wondering.
The discipline is borrowed directly from programme delivery, because a website is a small project and small projects fail for the same reasons large ones do: unclear scope, work that was never tested, and nothing written down at the end. Every site ships with its test results, a security hardening report, three manuals, the full source code and a build log recording every decision.
You are never locked in. The site is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no proprietary platform and no build step, hosted wherever you like. If you want to take it to another developer tomorrow, hand them the repository — it will make sense to them, because the code is commented for a reader rather than for us.
What You Get, and Why It Is Unusual
The things most quotes leave out
A dated record of every check that ran — accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA, performance, cross-browser rendering, every link, every form. Not a claim that it was tested. The results.
Security headers, a content policy, form protection and spam handling, applied and then verified against the live site rather than assumed from the configuration file.
Architecture & Design, User, and Operations — written so that you, or any developer you hire, can run and change the site without asking us anything.
Your own repository, with a build log recording what was decided and why. Take it anywhere. That is the point.
What It Costs

Everyone quotes the build fee. The first-year total is the number that matters. Monthly care runs from AED 915 / $250 / £185. Hosting and web-address administration is a flat AED 110 / $30 / £20 per month, and it comes with the build rather than with care — from the moment we put a site somewhere you can look at it, there are hosting fees to pay and a web address to stand up and keep. The flat rate covers those fees, which vary by host and by site, together with the admin of running them. It is shown as its own line rather than folded into the build fee, so you can see it and take it elsewhere if you would rather. Care is optional; decline it and we write down what you are taking on instead.
